PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method capable of removing trouble such as deterioration, swelling or peeling of a surface protection material by taking surface treatment countermeasures on a concrete surface before application of the surface protection material after a desalination treatment.SOLUTION: (1) A surface treatment method after a desalination treatment of concrete in which, after subjecting concrete to a desalination treatment by an electrochemical anticorrosion method, before application of a surface protection material, polymer cement mortar is used as surface treatment mortar; (2) a surface treatment method after a desalination treatment of concrete of (1), which is formed by mixing some of an aqueous epoxy resin, an acrylic resin and an aqueous hard urethane resin to polymer cement mortar; and (3) a surface treatment method after a desalination treatment of concrete of (1) or (2), in which the coefficient of permeability of the surface treatment mortar is ≤1.85×10m/sec, are provided. |
