PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device capable of further facilitating the warming-up of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: The lubricating device 180 includes an oil pan 100 for storing oil O, an inner oil pan 120 for dividing the oil pan 100 into a first oil storage chamber 131 and a second oil storage chamber 132, an oil screen 170 which is connected to an oil pump 90 to suck oil in the first oil storage chamber 131, a communication hole 161 which is formed in a circumferential wall part 122 of the inner oil pan 120 to communicate the first oil storage chamber 131 and the second oil storage chamber 132 with each other, a thermo valve 160 which is provided on the communication hole 161 to switch the communication state and the non-communication state of the first oil storage chamber 131 and the second oil storage chamber 132, and a first rib 124 and a recess 126 for limiting the amount of the oil O from the thermo valve 160 side which is sucked by the oil screen 170. |
