PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid dynamic pressure bearing assembly and a motor including the same.SOLUTION: A fluid dynamic pressure bearing assembly can include a sleeve for supporting a shaft so that the upper end of the shaft is projected to the axial upper side, and forming a bearing to filled with a lubricating fluid between the sleeve and the shaft; a housing provided to wrap a part of the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve; a rotor hub connected to the upper end of the shaft and having an extension wall formed extending to partially face the upper end outer surface of the sleeve and to be partially arranged outside the housing; a stopper provided at the lower end of the shaft to project radially to the outside so as to be locked to the lower end of the sleeve; a cover member connected to the lower end of the housing; and a circulating hole provided between the sleeve and the housing to make the lower part of the sleeve communicate with the upper end of the housing.
