PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such inconvenience of no integration of a foot with a shoe that in various types of shoes, both capability and quality of exercise become stereotyped, are unable to take satisfactory exercise, basic strength and a sense of balance common to each type of exercise are particularly deteriorated, and strengthening of legs, loins and knees is insufficient, delicate adjustment of an exercise load becomes indispensable in the form, capacity and sense of exercise, and skill contents, tasks, and accomplishment level are obscure and exercise effect of the body including feet and a lively feeling lack.SOLUTION: In the region of an arch and heel of a shoe, the entire outer periphery of the surface leather is covered via a non-expandable belt shaped part such as a leather piece, synthetic fiber, a hook-and-loop fastener b, and a hook-and-loop belt c with a suitable type of material and volume, from the lower part of an insole 31, a mid sole 32 or the upper part of the main sole 33, in a lateral arch shape. A fixed type and detachable type parts are provided, which have an adjustable function for a tightening degree and contact face pressure, and a structure such that the arch has a single and plural bodies and that the arch and the heel are separated and joined, is provided, thereby solving the problem. |
