Disclosed in the present invention is a polypeptide carrying melittin, a nanoparticle carrying melittin and the use thereof, which belongs to the field of bioscience and drug carriers. The peptide is formed by connecting alpha helix polypeptide, linker sequence and melittin in series via covalent bonds; the nanoparticle is formed by combining a polypeptide carrying melittin, phosphatide and cholesterol ester. The nanoparticle prepared from the polypeptide carrying melittin can effectively reduce the toxic and side effects of melittin on organisms and specifically plays a role in disease areas such as tumours etc.; thus, can be used in the clinic treatment.
