Provided are a fluorescent substrate and a display device provided with same that prevent the occurrence of a phenomenon in which display color weakens. The fluorescent substrate (10) is provided with a substrate (11), pixels (12) that are provided on the substrate (11), and partition walls that delimit the pixels (12). The pixels (12) include at least: red subpixels (12R) that perform display using red light; blue subpixels (12B) that perform display using blue light; and third color subpixels that perform display using light of a third color, said color being different from the two abovementioned colors. The fluorescent substrate (10) is characterized by the intervals between the red subpixels (12R) and the blue subpixels (12B) being larger than the intervals between other pixels.
