The panel has a lattice protective covering fixed in the panel by an engaging part, where the panel is fixed over a heating element and designed in different sizes. A lattice-like fastening pad is provided on the heating element. Ventilators are integrated in the panel and pivotable to enable uniform distribution of heat in a room.
