The present invention provides a touch panel having an ITO with two or more different types of resistance components and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein a single layer capacitive touch panel has pattern layers (ITO) with different thicknesses such that ITO pattern layer areas have two or more different types of resistance components, thereby minimizing the problem of an increasing line resistance of the touch panel and improving the overall performance of the touch panel by obtaining excellent conductivity and permeability.
