In this prosthesis (1), at least of the elements (2, 3, 4) of the prosthesis (1) comprises two portions (10, 11) independent of each other, i.e. a first portion (10) and a second portion (11), at least one of which includes an articular surface (17), said first portion (10) and said second portion (11) each comprising a circular seat delimited by an arched wall; -said element (4) comprises an O-ring (12) in an elastically deformable material; and -one of said seats is dimensioned in order to receive a radially outer portion of this ring (12) while the other seat is dimensioned in order to receive a radially inner portion of this ring (12). |
