PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer or the like capable of reusing ink stuck to a squeegee by dropping the ink on a form plate automatically and efficiently.SOLUTION: A printer includes a squeegee 21 to squeegee ink 31 on a form plate 41 and an ink pushing out plate 61 whose tip portion contacts a sticking face to be stuck by the ink 31 of the squeegee 21, the ink pushing out plate 61 has an arc shaped cross section and makes the tip portion contact the sticking face so that an arc shaped opening direction faces downward, and the diameter of an inner wall of the pushing out plate 61 is made smaller than the diameter of the ink 31 gathered in a cylindrical shape caused on the form plate during being squeegeed. |
