PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin, which has flown out during thermal curing, from infiltrating the entire inter-layer region of metallic materials, for achieving high quality.SOLUTION: In a joint structure for a fiber reinforced resin and metal, a plurality of pieces are laminated so that a step-shaped structure is superposed in a thickness direction while using, as one piece, an element comprising a metallic material and a fiber reinforced resin composite, wherein the metallic material is formed to be the step-shaped structure in which an end portion constituting a step-shaped joint surface becomes stepwise thinner toward an end surface direction of the end portion, and the fiber reinforced resin composite is laminated to be flatly covered with an end portion on the step-shaped structure. The metallic material and the fiber reinforced resin composite are stuck to each other, and adjacent elements are joined by superposed surfaces thereof. There is formed a main welding portion joined by welding matching surfaces of the adjacent metallic materials on an outer end of the metallic material. There is formed a secondary welding portion by welding all the metallic materials in the thickness direction on the fiber reinforced resin composite side of the main welding portion on all the metallic materials of a plurality of laminated elements. |
