PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-orientation cryostat, a superconducting magnet arrangement having the cryostat, and a medial apparatus having the cryostat.SOLUTION: This multi-orientation cryostat 5 for a superconducting magnet is used in a plurality of orientations. The cryostat 5 includes: a conduit holding a cryogenic liquid; and a quenching duct extending from the conduit and allowing the discharge of a gas generated by the boiling of the cryogenic liquid caused by the quenching of the magnet from the conduit. The quenching duct 7 is sinuous so as to include at least differently disposed anti-convection parts 71, and each portion functions as the anti-convection part when the cryostat is present in respective corresponding orientations. |
