PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a novel cyclic disulfonic acid amide compound; an additive for a nonaqueous electrolyte, when used for an electricity storage device such as a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, capable of improving battery characteristics, such as cycle characteristics, charge/discharge capacity, and internal resistance, by forming a stable SEI on an electrode surface; a nonaqueous electrolyte including the additive for nonaqueous electrolyte; and an electricity storage device including the nonaqueous electrolyte.SOLUTION: A cyclic disulfonic acid amide compound is represented by the following formula (1). In the formula (1), Rand Reach independently represent an optionally substituted 0-6C alkylene group, Rrepresents an optionally substituted 1-5C alkylene group, and Rrepresents an optionally substituted 1-5C alkylene group, an optionally substituted phenylene group, a carbonyl group, a sulfinyl group, or a 2-6C divalent group in which an alkylene unit or fluoro-alkylene unit is bonded via an ether linkage. Xand Xeach independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl group, or an optionally substituted phenyl group. |
