PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to dispose of Okara easily by liquidizing it.SOLUTION: Okara, after being added with Bacillus subtilis, is kept warm for a constant period of time to be liquidized. A method for treating Okara includes an extract addition process in which an extract extracted from a waste bacteria bed generated by mushroom bacteria bed cultivation is added to the Okara.
