PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossing rod for a crossing capable of absorbing impact force by elastically deforming upward, in an arc shape, to prevent damages even if a tip end thereof collides with an upper part of an automobile when closing the crossing.SOLUTION: In a crossing rod for a crossing formed by connecting several crossing rod members straight to each other, a tip part crossing rod member is structured by inserting a reinforcing core material 1B, which is disposed so that the width direction thereof is oriented in the vertical direction and which is formed from a synthetic resin strip plate including multiple slits 1b1 in the longitudinal direction with a small interval, into a rod body 1A formed from a synthetic resin pipe having elasticity and flexibility. The crossing rod is configured to prevent a downward bent by bending resistance of the reinforcing core material 1B having a vertically oriented rectangular cross section, and on the other hand, to bend in the right and left direction because of flexibility of the reinforcing core material 1B in the thickness direction thereof. Further, in relation to the upward bent, the crossing rod is configured to gradually open the slits 1b1 from an upper end to a lower end thereof so as to be bent, in an arc shape, with a rod body 1A to absorb the impact force. |
