PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer that can issue an instruction of pressurization stop by determining that manual pressurizing force to an airbag in an arm belt part mounted on an upper arm is appropriate.SOLUTION: A sphygmomanometer 1 includes: airbags 20, 40 arranged in an arm belt part 3, which supplies air to pressurize an upper arm T; a pressure sensor 110 for detecting the pressure in the airbag; a buzzer 114; and a control part 100 which notifies an instruction of pressurization stop by the buzzer 114 by determining that a predetermined pressurizing force is obtained by the pressurization of the arm belt part 3 after at least one pulse wave MN is detected by a pressure detection signal from the pressure sensor 110 during the pressurization of the upper arm T, when blood pressure is measured by mounting the arm belt part 3 on the upper arm T of a patient to manually pressurize the airbag in the arm belt part. |
