PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle detection device for highly accurately discriminating the type of a two-wheeled vehicle while suppressing the deterioration of detecting accuracy depending on an ambient structure or environment.SOLUTION: A vehicle detection device 1 includes: a loop coil 2 in which a conductor for generating a magnetic field in accordance with an electric signal revolves; and a detection part 3 for detecting the change of the electric signal for conducting the loop coil 2. The loop coil 2 includes: a plane loop part 21 following a plane which is almost in parallel with a parking face; and a crossing loop part 22 following a crossing direction of crossing the parking face. The detection part 3, the plane loop part 21 and the crossing loop part 23 are electrically connected. |
