PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for separating a product, capable of quickly separating a skeleton from a product and quickly mounting a workpiece onto a machining pallet.SOLUTION: A device for separating a product includes: a machining pallet 5 with a plate workpiece W mounted thereon, freely reciprocating between a position corresponding to a laser beam cutting machine 1 and a skeleton separation position 13; a skeleton separation unit 25 freely holding and lifting a skeleton 41 on the machining pallet 5 located on the skeleton separation position 13, a skeleton carriage 39 freely moving in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the machining pallet 5 and the vertical moving direction of the skeleton separation unit 25, and freely moving to a retreated position 35, to the skeleton separation position 13, and to a product stacking position 31 adjacent to the skeleton separation position 13; a fork 45 disposed under the skeleton carriage 39 so as to freely entering under a product on the machining pallet 5 and freely vertically moving to lift the product; and a skeleton mounting section 43 disposed on the upper face of the skeleton carriage 39 to mount the skeleton 41. |
