PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor in which locking strength of a cylindrical magnet for the shaft can be enhanced when compared with a case of fixing only with an adhesive, and to provide an electric tool using it as a drive source.SOLUTION: A first holder 34 has a protrusion 34a rising to the axial rear end side of a shaft 31 at the abutting part (outer edge of the rear end) against a cylindrical magnet 32. The cylindrical magnet 32 has a recess 32a (notch) at the abutting part (tip) against the first holder 34. The protrusion 34a of the first holder 34 and the recess 32a of the cylindrical magnet 32 form an uneven fitting structure, which serves as a mechanical locking part for preventing rotation of the cylindrical magnet 32 for the shaft 31.
