PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of delay when outputting a data block having high priority, caused by reading a data block having low priority.SOLUTION: A data block output device includes: a first queue for storing a data block of first traffic; a second queue for storing a data block of second traffic to be read out in preference to the first queue; a monitoring unit for monitoring the occurrence of a data block to be read out from the second queue after waiting for the completion of reading out data blocks from the first queue; and a control unit for controlling an interval between data blocks from the completion of reading out the one data block of the first traffic to the start of reading out the next data block when there is a predetermined value or more of the occurrence frequency of data blocks to be read out from the second queue after waiting for the completion of reading out one data block from the first queue. |
