PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a temperature adjustment function without increasing an opening provided at a cover body or a gap between the cover body and a power storage body and prevent a conductive bar member and a protruding object from intruding into a terminal cover from the opening and the gap during the assembly process and the maintenance inspection etc.SOLUTION: A terminal cover 20 covers a terminal connection member 13 electrically connecting terminals of adjacent electric cells 11 with each other and a terminal with which the terminal connection member 13 is connected. A cover body 21 is formed by an electric insulation material and a coating 23, including a material having a heat transfer coefficient higher than a heat transfer coefficient of the terminal cover 20 and made of an electric insulation material, is applied to the cover body 21. The coating 23 is applied to at least an entire surface of the cover body 21.
