PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrophotometer and an absorptiometric measuring method that correct an optical path length of a cell and enable measurement with high reproducibility.SOLUTION: A spectrophotometer acquires an unknown optical path length of a second cell by using an absorbance of a solution for optical path measurement in a first cell whose optical path length is known and the optical path length of the first cell, acquires an optical path length correction coefficient that is a coefficient for correcting the optical path length of the second cell, from the inverse of the optical path length of the first cell, and corrects the absorbance of a sample by using the optical path length correction coefficient. |
