PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine capable of reducing operation energy of an intake valve.SOLUTION: In an internal combustion engine EG comprising at least two intake ports 134a, 134b with different diameters performing an intake for a combustion chamber 123 and intake valves 121a, 121b with different diameters provided at the intake ports, respectively, and opening and closing the intake ports, the large-diameter intake valve 121a of the intake valves with the different diameters is constituted of a ferrous material, and the small-diameter intake valve 121b is constituted of a light metal material lighter than the ferrous material. |
