PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-structured torsional vibration damping device in which an abnormal noise is prevented during low-speed rotation.SOLUTION: A torsional vibration damping device 7 includes: a pendulum damper 13 that reduces torsional vibrations generated in a driving side member 10 that rotates by receiving torque transmitted from power source 1, and relatively movable driven side member 12 coupled to the driving side member 10 via an elastic member 11a by rocker of an inertial mass body 13a; and an elastic damper 11 that reduces the torsional vibrations by elasticity of the elastic member 11a. A restriction part 17 is provided in one of the driving side member 10 and the driven side member 12. The restriction part 17 releases the rocker of the inertial mass body 13a when the driving side member and the driven side member 12 are relatively rotated in a direction of compressing the elastic member 11a, and restricts the rocker of the inertial mass body 13a when the relative rotation does not occur. |
