<p>The present invention is provided with a page response unit (33), a login execution unit (31), a logout execution unit (35), a counting unit (37) and a logout management unit (39). The page response unit (33) sends a Web page response in accordance with either an automatic request for every prescribed update time interval or a manual request from a user. The login execution unit (31) performs a login with user authentication. The logout execution unit (35) executes a user logout in a case where no request from a user that has logged in is received within a login timeout time, which is set to be longer than the update time. The counting unit (37) counts automatic requests when an automatic request is received within the login timeout time. The logout management unit (39) causes the logout execution unit (35) to execute a logout in a case where the cumulative update time, for which the counted automatic requests are consecutively cumulated, is greater than the login timeout time.</p> |
