<p>Provided is a time series data device with which the results for an old process before and after the process is changed can be output to the outside when the process is changed, without outputting to the outside a mixture of the results of both the new and the old process. This device is equipped with: a first processing unit that executes a first process and outputs first results data; a second processing unit that executes a second process and outputs second results data; a control unit that determines whether the first process can be stopped when an instruction to change process is received, and that generates first and second results data sets by appending identification information corresponding to the process content to the respective first and second results data; a selection unit that, when the first and second results data sets have arrived simultaneously, selects either the first or the second results data set as a third results data set on the basis of the result of a comparison of the two pieces of identification information; and a synchronization unit that, on the basis of the result of a comparison of third identification information and prerecorded fourth identification information, outputs or discards third results data contained in the third results data set.</p> |
