The housing (1) has non-circular opening that is formed in outer wall of the housing. The opening is covered by a lid (8). A cable guiding element (20) is provided with non-circular collar whose shape corresponds to the non-circular opening. The non-circular opening of the housing is engaged with non-circular collar of the cable guiding element. The non-circular collar is provided with circulating groove in which sealing ring is arranged. An independent claim is included for motor car steering.
