PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cooperatively hold a meeting such as a brainstorm session using paper sticky notes among a plurality of remote locations.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus controls to display an image of an electronic tag on a first screen, and determines whether a paper sticky note corresponding to electronic tag data registered in a storage unit is stuck on a screen and whether the screen on which the paper sticky note is stuck is the first screen. The apparatus then controls to display on the first screen an image of an electronic tag corresponding to the electronic tag data determined not to satisfy the condition, and controls not to display on the first screen an image of an electronic tag corresponding to the electronic tag data determined to satisfy the condition.
