PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell excellent in snow-melting function.SOLUTION: A solar cell 1 comprises a semiconductor substrate 10 on which a first pn junction J1 contributing to power generation, a bypass diode and a second pn junction J2 functioning as a heat generation source for snow-melting are formed. On a light-receiving surface 10a of the semiconductor substrate 10, a film 15 having a light-shielding property and a heat transfer property is provided so as to cover a region where the second pn junction J2 is formed. |
