PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input-output device with a simple configuration and structure comprising a touch panel and a storage device.SOLUTION: The information input-output device comprises: a touch panel 40 which comprises wiring 41 for detecting a touch position and a touch panel control unit connected with the wiring 41; and a storage device 50. Information is exchanged between the storage device 50 and the touch panel control unit through the wiring 41 and a wearer 70, who wears the storage device 50 and is in contact with a predetermined position on the touch panel 40.
