<p>The present invention provides a cosmetic composition that is stable and not sticky when used, has an excellent moist, smooth feeling, and maintains this moist, smooth feeling for a long time without deteriorating even after washing or sweating. Specifically, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition that contains, (i) a polyalkylene oxide-modified product obtained by reacting a polyalkylene oxide compound, a diol compound and a diisocyanate compound, and (ii) water or a low-grade aqueous alcohol solution, with the content of said polyalkylene oxide-modified product being at least 0.3 mass%.</p> |
