<p>The method comprises the steps of: - selecting a colour space independent of the peripherals as a design space; - obtaining a source gamut from the source peripheral; - obtaining a destination gamut from the destination peripheral; - providing a graphical interface making it possible to display, in the design space, the source and destination gamuts, - discretising the design space to obtain a set of checkpoints, and providing two matrices, respectively source and destination, each checkpoint of the source matrix being matched with a checkpoint of the destination matrix; - receiving user events corresponding to movements of checkpoints of the source matrix and/or destination matrix; - automatically calculating a colorimetric transformation from a field of vectors of movements of the matched checkpoints.</p> |
