A description is given of a room-illuminating profile arrangement having a lighting strip (2), which has an elongate, substantially impermeable facing limb (4) and an elongate spacing limb (6), on the one longitudinal side of which the facing limb (4) has its long sides arranged at an angle, preferably at right angles, and having lighting means (9a), which are located approximately in a row and are arranged on an inner side (4a) of the facing limb (4), said inner side being directed towards the spacing limb (6), and/or on a side of the spacing limb (6) which is adjacent to the facing limb (4), wherein the spacing limb (6) is provided with means (6a, 8) for fastening on at least one understructure (10), which can be mounted on at least one part of a room wall and/or ceiling, with the facing limb (4) being spaced apart from the at least one understructure (10) in the process. |
