PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a wind power turbine system not deteriorating a rotational power and not generating noise.SOLUTION: A wind power turbine system has a wind power turbine (1), a fixed protector (2) arranged in a side opposing to a wind direction, a moving protector protecting the wind power turbine (1) from the outside, branching winds in an opposite rotation direction of the wind power turbine (1), and arranged between the wind power turbine (1) and the fixed protector (2), a rotation servo controller (4) controlling a discharge angle according to a discharge angle in the same wind direction side and the rotation of the wind power turbine (1). |
