PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device, program, and image display system which improve the convenience of an image display device.SOLUTION: A server device 10 that can be connected via a network to one or more devices 11 and an image display device 15 that displays contents includes: index information processing means that provides the image display device 15 with index information for displaying a list screen of information on the contents on the image display device 15 on the basis of contents provided by the one or more devices 11; and image data processing means that provides the image display device 15 with image data for displaying a display screen of a content on the image display device 15 by using the information of the content selected by an operator from the list screen.
