PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain an optically-active compound by immobilizing a chiral calcium complex catalyst and performing an asynmetric systhesis using the catalyst for flow synthesis.SOLUTION: An optically active compound is obtained by using for a flow synthesis system, a solid catalyst system comprising a pyridine bisoxazoline derivative having a polystyrene crosslinking structure in which the components A, B, C and D shown by formula (1) are included at the random optional ratios, and CaX(wherein X is one of halogen, carbonic acid and trifluoromethyl sulfonates; Rand Rinclude each H or aromatic ring; and w, x, y and z are each independently an integer of ≥1, and polystyrene polymer is formed by bonding with optional mate chain). |
