PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform decontamination treatment for soil contaminated with radioactive matter by adsorbing radioactive matter.SOLUTION: Surface layer soil 30 and upper layer soil 31 including radioactive matter are removed to expose a second lower soil face 36; a contaminant adsorption sheet 3 is laid on the second lower soil face 36; the surface layer soil 30 is backfilled on the contaminant adsorption sheet 3; further the upper layer soil 31 is backfilled thereon; and radioactive matter (radioactive cesium) is absorbed by the contaminant adsorption sheet 3 under the upper layer soil 31.
