PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize communication in the overall network.SOLUTION: In a communication system in which a base station communicates with a communication device, the communication device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring information of another communication device existent in the surroundings; and a transmitter unit for transmitting to the base station the information of the other communication device acquired by the acquisition unit. The base station includes a receiver unit for receiving the information of the other communication device. Based on the information of the other communication device, the base station or the communication device includes a determination unit for determining the use of either a first method of data transmission to a plurality of other communication devices in parallel, or a second method of data transmission to the one other communication device.
