PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long life electrolytic capacitor having a wide working temperature range, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element 1, an outer case 2 housing the capacitor element 1, an end-sealing elastic member 3 for sealing the aperture of the outer case 2, and an end-sealing assist member 4 for assisting end-sealing of the end-sealing elastic member 3. The capacitor element 1 is a wide temperature range element where an anodization film 11 is a wide temperature range foil, a counter cathode foil 12 is a wide temperature range foil, a separator 13 is a wide temperature range separator, and an electrolyte is a wide temperature range solvent. |
