PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce frequency interference with the other radio communication when a portable terminal performs radio communication with a communication terminal.SOLUTION: A radio communication system 1 includes: a plurality of power meters 2, 2, and so on; a portable terminal 3; and home management devices 4, 4 and so on. The power meter 2 includes a communication terminal 2a for acquiring meter-reading information relating to power usage by a user. The communication terminal 2a includes: a first communication function for communicating with the other communication terminal 2a; a second communication function for communicating with the home management device 4; and a third communication function for communicating with the portable terminal 3. The communication terminal 2a uses radio communication for the first communication function and the second communication function, and performs radio communication with the portable terminal 3 by using a specific frequency band which is different from a frequency band used for radio communication in the first communication function and the second communication function by the third communication function. |
