PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a participant of a conference to charge a battery before the conference by preliminarily determining a conference room where there is high possibility of battery driving.SOLUTION: A power source management device includes: a conference room determination unit 84 for determining a conference room where a conference is held, acquiring the battery power consumption of a notebook PC 20 used by a participant in the conference held in the past in the determined conference room from a RAM 64, and determining whether or not the number of notebook PCs 20 whose acquired battery power consumption is predetermined quantity or more is a predetermined number or more; a driving time determination unit 85 for, when it is determined that the number of the notebook PCs 20 is the predetermined number or more, detecting the notebook PC 20 whose power consumption necessary for battery-driving the notebook PC 20 is smaller than the charging electric energy of the notebook PC 20 to be used by the participant during a scheduled conference time in the conference room; and an electronic mail generation unit 86 and a transmission unit 87 for notifying the detected notebook PC 20 that the amount of charging of the battery is running short. |
