PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence detector capable of detecting a plurality of characteristics of a plurality of mixed liquid reagents in a short time.SOLUTION: The fluorescence detector includes: a first illumination part which illuminates a fluorescent labeled mixed liquid reagent in a first illumination region 908a; a second illumination part which illuminates the mixed liquid reagent in a second illumination region 908b different from the first illumination region by using illumination light whose wavelength is different from that of the illumination light of the first illumination part; a detection part which detects fluorescence emitted from the mixed liquid reagent in the first illumination region 908a and the second illumination region 908b; and a processing chip in which a measuring chamber band is formed where a plurality of measuring chambers 201 capable of storing the mixed liquid reagent are continuously arranged at certain intervals. When either one of the first illumination part and the second illumination part is illuminating one of the measuring chambers, the other part is illuminating the measuring chamber band without the measuring chamber 201. |
