PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has high optical fatigue resistance.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a conductive support; an undercoat layer that is provided on the conductive support, has a thickness of 15 μm or more and 40 μm or less, and has light transmissivity to light having a wavelength of 450 nm when the thickness is at least 15 μm of 20% or less; a charge generating layer that is provided on the undercoat layer; and a charge transport layer that is provided on the charge generating layer, has a thickness of 15 μm or more and 40 μm or less, and has light transmissivity to light having a wavelength of 450 nm when the thickness is at least 15 μm of 30% or less.
