PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator which further improves the stability of a position of an optical resonator mirror.SOLUTION: A pair of ceramic electrodes are disposed so as to face each other across a discharge space. Conductive electrodes are respectively disposed on surfaces of the pair of ceramic electrodes which are opposite to the surfaces facing each other. A pair of optical resonator mirrors are disposed in at least one of the pair of the ceramic electrodes. The ceramic electrodes and a laser gas are housed in a housing. |
