PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive member achieving suppression of changes in electric resistance with time and suppression of a compression set, both in a high level.SOLUTION: The conductive member includes a substrate and an elastic layer formed on the substrate. The elastic layer comprises a cured product of a mixture including the following components (A), (B), and (C), in which the content of the (B) component is 0.1 or more parts by mass and less than 1.0 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the (A) component. The components are: (A) an organopolysiloxane having an alkenyl group bonded to a silicon atom at both ends of the molecule; (B) a cyclic siloxane having a specified structure; and (C) carbon black.
