BEAM-MOLDED ARTICLE AND BUMPER REINFORCE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam-molded article capable of efficiently improving impact energy absorbing performance at a low cost, and a bumper reinforcement using the same.SOLUTION: A beam-molded article is formed by bonding a sheet-like fiber-reinforced resin molded body to a hat-shaped thermoplastic resin molded article whose cross section has flanges on both sides of a bottom. In the beam-molded article, the sheet-like fiber-reinforced resin molded body is bonded to a part of or all of the top face and the bottom of the hat-shaped thermoplastic resin molded article. A hat-shaped side face serves as a non-sticking face. A bumper reinforcement using the same is also provided.
