Disclosed is a mobile device interface layout method. The method comprises the steps of: collecting operation information about software used by a user; and budgeting the probability of the used software to be used next time according to the data of the operation information, and performing interface layout according to the budgeting result. Also disclosed is a mobile device interface layout device. The present invention saves the time for a user to search for software by placing software frequently used by the user in a position which is easy to be found by the user.
