Disclosed are: a recombinant transfer vector which can express a foreign gene fused with a viral gene under the control of a dual promoter; a recombinant baculovirus; a method for production of the recombinant transfer vector or the recombinant baculovirus; and a pharmaceutical comprising the recombinant baculovirus as an active ingredient.
