PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple disaster prevention diagnosis system for extracting a building whose detailed disaster prevention diagnosis is necessary from among a plurality of candidates.SOLUTION: A simple disaster prevention diagnosis system for performing the diagnosis of the disaster prevention performance of a building, and for outputting a diagnostic result includes: a prior evaluation part for comparing the evaluation values of evaluation items set in a prior evaluation data table with the evaluation values of evaluation items set in a first filter rule for each building, and for selecting a building which is subject to desk examination from among a plurality of evaluation object buildings; a desk examination part for comparing the evaluation values of evaluation items set in a desk examination data table with the evaluation items of evaluation items set in a second filter rule for each selected building, and for selecting a building which is subject to field survey in the next stage from among the selected buildings; and a field survey part for writing and storing the data of the evaluation items described in a field survey data table obtained for the selected building in a field survey database in association with building identification information for identifying a building. |
