PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactor of a drive control device with improved reliability.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a contactor comprises plural sets of electrodes (32u, 32v, 32w) to which currents are inputted, and an opening/closing mechanism 34 for opening/closing the plural sets of electrodes. The opening/closing mechanism 34 comprises: plural operation arms 42 having one end connected to the electrode of each set and the other end 42b that can be pressed, and provided independently movable between a closing position for closing the electrodes and an opening position for opening the electrodes; a pressing apparatus 44 pressing the other end of the operation arm, moving the operation arm to the closing position, and closing the plural sets of electrodes; and an energization member for independently energizing the operation arms to the opening position. The other end of each operation arm is formed into such a shape that it can be separated from the pressing apparatus. |
